Smoked Gouda is a variant of the famous cheese which is smoked in an ancient brick oven over flaming hickory chip embers. Smoked Gouda has a savory taste that stands up to many types of foods (e.g. bacon and vegetables) and goes excellent on salads, as well as charcuterie boards. The product varies in size (8-12 OZ.).
