Refund policy
Below are the guidelines and protocols for receiving a refund regarding your order:
1. We will refund misplaced packages only once the carrier has confirmed the shipment is lost. Our shipments are insured, so if your lost package was insured, you should be able to get a refund directly from the carrier. If your package was delivered and then stolen, we can negotiate a replacement or refund.
2. We will refund the amount of the missing items from an order where the customer did not receive all items or incorrect items.
3. We DO NOT refund based on customer satisfaction with our products.
4. We DO NOT refund the customer if their order takes longer than normal to ship to the address. The carrier is responsible for delayed shipments.
5. If a customer believes the product to be expired or inedible, the customer must send a picture of the product along with order number to customerservice@stoneridgemarket.com.
Please notify us of any problems within 30 days of placing your order. We cannot offer refunds and/or replacement goods after that time period.
