Overview of Position
The purpose of this position is to safely and accurately perform office and related duties pertaining to office responsibilities. Perform other assigned duties as required or assigned to produce a product or service that meets or exceeds the safety, quality, and productivity standards. On occasion, train others to perform HR office duties or training new employees in processes and procedures. In addition, this position works with other plant personnel in a team environment and complies with company policy, regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications: Experience and Education Required
• Ability to perform office tasks
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and QB, as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Maintain accurate, neat, and legible files, records, and reports
• Ability to stand up to 50% of the work shift
• Maintain good attendance
• Completely and accurately perform tasks assigned
• Maintain general knowledge of product specifications
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot office equipment
• Work as a team and take direction from management
